Pakistan Squad For West Indies Tour July 2013

Pakistan Cricket team tour of West Indies is starting from 14th July where Pakistan will play 5 ODI and 2 T20 matches with the host team. yesterday Pakistan Cricket board announced the squad of Pakistan team for the West Indies

Several changes are made in the team Pakistan team. Imran Farhat, Kamran Akmal, Shoaib Malik are dropped from the team for poor performance. Shahid Khan Afridi, Umar Akmal, Ahmed Shehzad has made comeback in the team.

Here is complete squad for West Indies tour:

Pakistan's tour of West Indies will not be a easy one as the team of West Indies is much stronger now as compared to the past. they have some really good players which can quickly change the game like Chris Gayle, Kevin Pollard, Marlon Samuels, Sunil Narine and Tino Best.

When Chris Gayle is in form no one can stop him from hitting big shots. Pollard and Samuels are also capable of hitting big shots. in spin department Sunil Narine is really the strength of West Indies who always provides wickets at important times. Tino Best is also a dangerous bowler who bowls very quickly.

Pakistan will have to work on its weakness that is batting specially the openers. Openers needs to set big totals to reduce the pressure on the middle order. if 3 wickets will fell down within the score of 50 then middle order will come under huge pressure. Nasir Jamshed and Abdul Hafeez needs to learn from their mistakes.

It is really good to see that Umar Akmal, Ahmed Shehzad and Shahid Afridi are back in Pakistani side. they will strengthen the batting line of Pakistan. Misbah will have to continue with the same form as he is going till now. there are also new faces like Haris Sohail, Umar Amin and Asad Ali who got lot of talent. It is good chance for these guys to show their talent to the world.

In bowling department we have impressive bowlers like Mohammad Irfan, Junaid Khan, Saeed Ajmal, Abdul Hafeez, Shahid Afridi. Left arm spinner Abur Rehman is also included in the squad. usually he not gets chance to be in playing 11 but whenever he gets a chance his shows his class.

So overall Pakistan has a really good side for the West Indies tour. our players just need to work hard and play intelligently by forgetting the past.
