Sharad Pawar Becomes new ICC President

Former Chairman of Indian Cricket Board BCCI has become new Chairman of International Cricket Council ICC today formally on Thursday 1 July 2010. Sharad Pawar is become new President of ICC after David Morgan in a ICC Annual Conference. Sharad Pawar is 70 years old and also working as a Minister in Indian Government. Sharad Pawar has become President of ICC after former Australian Prime Minister John Howard was blocked to become new president of ICC by South Asian Cricket Boards along with South African Cricket Board. Many People specially from Australian and New Zealand are not happy with nomination Sharad Pawar as new President of ICC. former ICC CEO Malcolm Speed has said that Pawar knows nothing about Cricket and John Howard was a better choice. Malcolm Speed also declared PCB chairman Ijaz Butt a joker.
