Australia Defeats Pakistan 1st Test 16 July 2010

Yesterday on Friday 16th July 2010 in First Test Match of Two Match Test Series between Pakistan and Australia the Aussies has defeated Pakistan easily by 150 runs and secure the series by 1-0. Australia given target of 440 runs to Pakistan by making 334 runs in second innings for loss of 10 wickets on third day. Pakistan needed 440 runs to win the test match. Pakistan also done a good start and made 150 runs for losing just one wicket. Australian Captain Rickey Ponting was also looking a really worried at this point but later on Pakistan started losing two many wickets and whole team was out on 289 runs in second innings and lost the test mach by 150 runs. Marcus North got 6 wickets for Australia in second innings. Simon Katich was declared man of the match for good batting in both innings for Australia. Pakistan has continuously lost 13 Test matches to Australia that is an record. Pakistani bowlers bowled very well in both the innings but its batting was flopped in both the innings and no batsman except Salman Butt was able to make a big score due to which Pakistan lost the match.
