South Africa 70/3 Day 1 of 1st Test vs West Indies

Yesterday on Thursday 10th June 2010 1st Test Match between South Africa and West Indies started in Port of Spain. South Africa won the toss and decided to bat first against West Indies. the match started 5 hours late due to heavy rain in the Port of Spain.

South Africa made just 70 runs for loss of 3 wickets in 34 overs on day one of first test match. At present West Indies is at good position in this test match and they have also got key wicket of in form batsman Hashim Amla on just 2 runs.

Now South Africa will have to bat well to stay in this test match. lets see what happens on day two of first test. on other hand South African Captain Grame Smith has said that our team is missing the FIFA World Cup 2010 in our homeland. He said whole team wanted to see FIFA World Cup Live but now we will have to see it on TV as we are in West Indies for Test Series.
