Shane Bond retires from ODI and T20 as well

New Zealand Fast Bowler Shane Bond has announced to retire from ODI and T20 Format of Cricket as well. Shane retired from test cricket few months ago but now he has declared retirement from all formats of Cricket and T20 World cup 2010 was his last tournament in International Cricket. Shane Bond was one of the fastest bowler of the World who was considered a key bowler of New Zealand. This is a indeed sad news for New Zealand Cricket and New Zealand fans.



Shane Bond started his International Career in 2001 against Australian team. Shane Bond told media that i think its best time for me to retire. Shane Bond is retired at age of 34 and he got 87 wickets for New Zealand by playing 18 Test matches. in ODI he got 142 wickets in 87 matches that he played. Now Shane Bond has decided to give his time to his family.
